1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and tidying up any cluttered areas.
4. Assist in the maintenance of store appearance, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
6. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low or out-of-stock items.
7. Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled according to Dollar Tree's standards.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store policies.
12. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
