Operations Budget and Forecast Analyst

We’re looking for an analytical and highly organized individual to join the Dollar Tree team as our Operations Budget and Forecast Analyst. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing meaningful financial insights to the operations team and for driving the budgeting and forecasting process. If you’re passionate about numbers and have a talent for seeing the bigger picture, this is the perfect opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting is also required, as is extensive knowledge of financial modeling, accounting principles, and financial analysis. You’ll also need excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
