
Operations Assistant Manager

- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, processing merchandise, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and increase profitability.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new team members, and provide ongoing coaching and development to current employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the store team, management, and corporate office to provide updates, resolve issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, acting as a role model for team members.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by store management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Operations Management.
Proficient In Budget Management And Inventory Control.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Adapt To Changing Priorities.
