- Assist store manager in overseeing and managing daily store operations.
- Ensure store is fully stocked and organized according to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Train and supervise store associates to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Collaborate with store manager to create and implement store policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating and maintaining employee schedules.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure store is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations for store associates.
- Communicate effectively with store manager and other team members to ensure smooth operation of the store.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Assist in managing and tracking store expenses to stay within budget.
- Continuously seek ways to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, As Well As The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively And Motivate Team Members.
Experience In Retail Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Is Preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Team Members, Upper Management, And Customers.
Organizational Skills: The Candidate Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Also Have Experience In Creating And Implementing Operational Processes And Procedures.
