  4. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  10. Provide support and assistance to the store manager in achieving sales and profit goals.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
  13. Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the store manager.
