  4. Train and lead a team of merchandising associates to ensure efficient and effective store operations.

  6. Collaborate with other store managers to implement company-wide merchandising strategies and initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  8. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices, place orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Continuously monitor competitor pricing and product offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact store operations.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.

Job Qualifications
