  1. Ensure proper stocking and organization of merchandise in store to maintain a clean and visually appealing shopping environment.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store management to ensure timely restocking of products.
  3. Assist in the creation and execution of merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products and drive sales.
  4. Train and develop store associates on proper merchandising techniques and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales goals and targets.
  6. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and provide recommendations to customers based on their needs.
  9. Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
  10. Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of new store associates.
  11. Maintain open and effective communication with store management and other team members.
  12. Stay up to date on industry and market trends to make informed decisions on product selection and placement.
  13. Conduct regular price checks and ensure accurate pricing of products.
  14. Handle customer complaints and escalate to store management as needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Dollar Tree brand.
