  1. Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of merchandise operations in the store.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
  3. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including setting up displays and signage.
  4. Train and supervise merchandise associates to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies.
  5. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies for driving sales and meeting sales goals.
  6. Conduct regular inventory audits and communicate any discrepancies to the store manager.
  7. Assist in the ordering and receiving of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  8. Monitor and track merchandise sales and make recommendations for product restocking and promotions.
  9. Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines set by the company.
  10. Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries regarding merchandise.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
  12. Support the store manager in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Assist with scheduling and managing employee work shifts.
  14. Train and mentor new merchandise associates.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Job Qualifications
