- Assist with merchandise operations by overseeing inventory management, restocking, and ensuring products are displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
- Train and develop a team of associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, able to provide excellent customer service, and follow company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with store manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and meets company standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of merchandise pricing and inventory levels.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competition to stay informed of industry trends and make strategic decisions.
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations for store associates.
- Communicate effectively with store manager and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, serving as a role model for associates.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a positive manner at all times.
Proficient In Inventory Management And Merchandising Techniques.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Experience In Retail Management Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Corporate Personnel.
Flexible Schedule And Ability To Work Weekends And Holidays As Needed.
