We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Merchandise Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree.   1. Manage merchandise inventory and ensure adequate stock levels in stores.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and assortment.
  4. Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  5. Oversee the organization and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and customer-friendly shopping experience.
  6. Train and coach team members on merchandising standards and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
  8. Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
  9. Collaborate with store managers to review and adjust merchandise plans based on sales performance and customer feedback.
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising initiatives.
  11. Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels and accuracy through regular audits.
  12. Assist in the identification of slow-moving or excess inventory and develop strategies to reduce or liquidate.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions.
  14. Uphold company standards for customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures.
