  8. Assist in the hiring, training, and development of team members to uphold company standards and promote a positive work environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate merchandise flow.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations for new products or marketing strategies.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  12. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Keep accurate records of merchandise inventory and assist with regular audits.
  14. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any product or delivery issues.
  15. Continuously strive to improve merchandising techniques and processes to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: A Merchandise Assistant Manager At Dollar Tree Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Merchandising Techniques, And Customer Service.
