  1. Support the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  2. Work closely with the store manager to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded.
  3. Use exceptional multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
  4. Lead and motivate the team to maintain a high level of customer service and uphold the company's brand standards.
  5. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  7. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  8. Collaborate with other members of the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
  11. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other important data.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates and address any concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Dollar Store Environment. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Manage A Team, And A Track Record Of Meeting Sales And Profit Goals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Merchandise Assistant Manager Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Employees On A Daily Basis.   • Merchandising And Inventory Management Experience: The Merchandise Assistant Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Store's Inventory And Ensuring Products Are Displayed And Stocked Correctly. Candidates Should Have Experience With Inventory Management Systems, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Merchandising Principles.
