IT Operations analyst – Asset Management Analyst

Tracking, monitoring, maintaining, and recouping all IT software and hardware assets across the Enterprise. Should work closely work with IT areas - Operations, Technical Services, Projects, Engineering and IT finance teams to track all devices and licenses related to IT software and hardware assets. Collaborate with vendors (product and services) to negotiate licenses. Participate in hardware and software budgeting and forecasting. Lead budget and forecasting software license activities. Look to improve all aspects of the Asset Management and Desktop software management functions continually. Partner with Technology, Product, Procurement, and Finance to prioritize and obtain updates for roadmaps, deliver recommendations and support compliancy strategies for new offerings. Conduct strategic analysis of Technology Assets from acquisition, implementation, sustainment, and retirement strategies to deliver actionable insights to Technology Operations and business leaders.
