Import Director- International Operations

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Import Director- International Operations to join the Dollar Tree team. This individual must have a passion for international trade and experience in managing the import and export of goods. As a key member of our international operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective import and export operations. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with exceptional communication and project management skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in international operations and trade, with a Bachelor’s degree in international business or a related field. You must have an in-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and tariff codes. You must also have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
