  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  3. Coordinate and manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and employee development.
  5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  7. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  8. Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations to enhance the company's HR policies and procedures.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  12. Handle employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
  14. Participate in the development and administration of HR budgets.
  15. Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
  16. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  17. Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  18. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  19. Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Hr Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Multi-Unit Environment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment
