General Warehouse

Welcome to the Dollar Tree team! We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our warehouse operations as a General Warehouse worker. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of merchandise throughout our warehouses. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 1. Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
2. Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
3. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport merchandise.
4. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
5. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
6. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and prepare shipments for delivery.
7. Communicate effectively with warehouse managers and team members to ensure efficient operations.
8. Keep accurate records of merchandise movements and update inventory systems accordingly.
9. Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers for incoming and outgoing shipments.
10. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
11. Continuously strive to improve processes and increase efficiency in warehouse operations.
12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
13. Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse managers.
