Facilities Program Administrator

First point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from Facilities for assigned service providers and programs. Active in resolving daily issues as to facilities pest control, sanitation and food safety including corrective actions for quality and food concerns. Responsible for effectively managing repair costs including developing vendor contacts, implementing contracts and auditing invoices of service provider base. Direct oversight of pest control service to ensure proper services are performed based on service needs. Work closely with both internal and external team to maintain and communicate company core values , vision and culture. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for stores by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities. Perform budget variance analysis for assigned lines of Operating Statement to include detailed analysis of spend by Service Provider
