Director UX & Product Management

The Director of UX & Product Management will drive innovation to improve the digital experience for Dollar Tree and Family Dollar customers. This role is responsible for user research, UX design, testing, development and deployment of all digital interactions (UX) and capabilities (product). Develop and manage a strategic capability plan by working collaboratively with technical and business teams. Conduct research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate ideas, identify gaps and define enhancements. Implement a process for intake, evaluation, prioritization and implementation of digital initiatives. Build a strong financial and business discipline to roadmap prioritization, budgeting and post-implementation tracking. Leverage web analytics to drive continuous optimization initiatives. Utilize A-B testing and user testing tools to optimize the customer experience.
