Are you an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineering Director looking for a unique opportunity to make an impact at an iconic retail brand? Dollar Tree is looking for a highly motivated leader to join our IT team and lead the charge on Cloud & DevOps Engineering initiatives.As the Director - Cloud & DevOps Engineering, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring the company’s cloud and DevOps strategy. This is an essential role for Dollar Tree as we continue to expand our presence both online and in-store. You will be a key contributor to our success and have a direct hand in transforming our IT systems and infrastructure.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in leading cloud & DevOps engineering teams and projects, and a deep technical background in cloud & DevOps technologies. You possess outstanding communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and monitor the company’s cloud and DevOps strategy.
  2. Lead the charge on Cloud & DevOps Engineering initiatives.
  3. Work with IT team to ensure success and transformation of IT systems and infrastructure.
  4. Track record of success in leading cloud & DevOps engineering teams and projects.
  5. Possess deep technical background in cloud & DevOps technologies.
  6. Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  8. Self-starter who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • Engineering

  • Or Equivalent Experience

  • + Years Of Experience In Cloud And Devops Engineering

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Managing Cloud Solutions And Devops Tools

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud And Devops Best Practices And Standards

  • Experience With Container Technologies

  • Such As Docker

  • Kubernetes

  • And Openshift

  • Knowledge Of Cloud Security Principles And Procedures
