Digital Creative Services Manager

The Digital Creative Services Manager is a newly created position and we’re seeking a highly organized and creative individual who’s committed to building new and efficient processes, plus elevating the look/feel of our brands across digital marketing. Provide leadership & support to a team of direct & indirect reports, including creative contractors. Coach team in interpreting marketing conceptualizations and in producing work that achieves the campaign goal. Create new workflows (processes and consistent designs) for go-to-market seasonal campaigns, one-off campaigns, and for day-to-day graphic design and copywriting support of web, app, addressable, content, and paid media channel creative. Create digital seasonal mood boards for both brands (design and messaging). Develop processes (and partnership with traditional marketing) in reviewing/approving digital monetized assets to ensure brand consistency. Work closely with Content Manager to develop video strategy.
