  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.

  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the store.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management if necessary.
  8. Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking shelves and cleaning checkout areas.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions to management.
  12. Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  14. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet customer needs.
