Job Description
  • Negotiate complex retail leases, lease amendments and related documents.
  • Provide ongoing legal support for Dollar Tree and Family Dollar portfolio of stores, including legal support for lease administration, lease accounting, and facilities management.
  • Provide legal support for real estate related disputes and litigation

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years’ experience as a practicing real estate attorney

  • Real estate leasing experience (in-house or outside counsel) preferred

  • Experience dealing with high volume transactions and leases

  • Retail leasing experience a plus
