Complex Litigation Specialist

Review allegations to identify potential document custodians and assist in the preparation and dissemination of document hold notices to same. Review, analyze and summarize claims including single plaintiff and class action claims related to employment, real estate litigation and ADA access to identify useful documents and other sources of information. Request and pull relevant documents and information to assist attorneys and EEO specialists in responding to and defending against claims and organize such documents and information. Identify key witnesses and assist in scheduling their interviews, meetings and depositions, as appropriate. Assist in the preparation of responses to discovery. Assist in the preparation and execution of declarations used to support Company motions. Act as liaison between in-house attorneys, business partners and outside counsel. Respond to subpoenas issued to the Company. Respond to personnel file requests made to the Legal Department.
