- Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and maximize profits for Dollar Tree.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities within assigned categories.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms for product selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, inventory management, and store operations, to develop and execute merchandising plans.
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to adjust product assortment and pricing as needed.
- Continuously identify and evaluate new product opportunities to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and negotiate promotional and marketing opportunities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising, Preferably In A Category Merchant Role.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors.
