Job Description

In this role, you will work alongside our Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers.   1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Mentor and train store employees on sales techniques, customer service, and store policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales goals.
  6. Work with the Store Manager to analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to optimize store performance.
  7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  8. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated store team.
  9. Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees and customers.
  10. Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
  11. Act as a role model for employees by exhibiting a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
  12. Handle any customer or employee complaints and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate store processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations to the Store Manager.
  15. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and maintain a positive and productive work culture for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Store Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees, Delegate Tasks, And Handle Conflict Resolution.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Proven Track Record Of Providing Outstanding Customer Service And Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Organizational Skills: The Ability To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Maintain A Well-Organized Store Environment.
