- Develop and implement asset protection technology and programs to safeguard the company's assets.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that asset protection technology and programs align with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify patterns and trends that could indicate potential threats to the company's assets.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies and tools to enhance asset protection.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in asset protection technology and industry best practices.
- Train and educate employees on asset protection protocols and procedures, and promote a culture of awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies and external vendors to investigate and resolve asset protection incidents.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to asset protection technology and programs, and present findings to management.
- Identify and address any operational inefficiencies or gaps in asset protection processes.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that asset protection systems and technology are properly integrated and maintained.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information related to asset protection.
- Act as a subject matter expert on asset protection technology and programs, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve asset protection strategies to minimize loss and maximize profitability for the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Asset Protection Technology And Programs Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Store Operations And Asset Protection Strategies.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Knowledge Of Sql And Excel.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
