
Analyst, Workforce Management Reporting

- Analyze workforce data: Utilize various tools and systems to gather and analyze workforce data, including but not limited to, labor costs, scheduling, and employee performance metrics.
- Create reports: Develop and maintain reports that provide insights on workforce performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Identify areas of improvement: Use data analysis to identify areas of improvement in workforce management processes and make recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with team: Work closely with other members of the workforce management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting and provide support for workforce planning.
- Communicate findings: Effectively communicate complex data and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management, to aid in decision making.
- Monitor performance: Track and monitor key performance indicators related to workforce management and provide regular updates on progress towards goals.
- Develop forecasting models: Utilize historical data and trends to create forecasting models to support workforce planning and scheduling.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data: Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in workforce management reporting to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Adhere to company policies: Follow all company policies and procedures related to workforce management reporting and data privacy.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Analytics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Workforce Management, Analytics, Or Reporting Role.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Analysis Tools.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Clearly Convey Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
