  1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies and processes to ensure optimal levels of product availability at all times.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on inventory allocation and replenishment.
  3. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to assess inventory levels, identify any issues, and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, operations, and finance to develop and execute effective inventory plans.
  6. Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment orders.
  7. Train and supervise a team of inventory associates to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management practices.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding inventory needs and issues.
  9. Monitor and control inventory costs to maximize profitability and minimize losses.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on inventory performance to senior management.
  12. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management processes.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
  15. Serve as a point of contact for any inventory-related inquiries or concerns from both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Inventory Management Software Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Manage Inventory Levels, Forecasting, And Replenishment To Ensure Optimal Product Availability While Minimizing Excess Stock.
