Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, models, and budgets for the business unit.
2. Utilize financial planning and analysis software to analyze data and identify trends.
3. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior management.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the business unit and advise management on areas of improvement.
5. Develop financial strategies to support the overall business objectives of the organization.
6. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the business unit.
7. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans to improve processes and maximize profits.
8. Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy of financial records.
9. Provide support to other departments in the organization to assist with their financial needs.
10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
