We are looking for an experienced and talented DevOps Engineer to join the team at Dollar Rent A Car. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the development, testing, and operations of the Dollar Rent A Car technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in DevOps tools and processes, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for problem solving.To be successful in this role, you will need:• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• At least two years of experience in DevOps engineering• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Bash• Knowledge of cloud computing systems, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)• A strong understanding of network and server security• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsIf you have the necessary qualifications and an enthusiasm for creating a modern and secure technology infrastructure, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain the Dollar Rent A Car technology infrastructure.
- Implement DevOps tools and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

- Create and maintain scripts in Python and Bash.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud computing systems such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Ensure the security of networks and servers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the DevOps space.
- Document processes, policies, and best practices.
