Quality Assurance Inspector
Responsible for ensuring that all food quality processes support the company’s compliance with food safety standards. Provide production support in all aspects of the Dole quality process. Do quality checks including: bag seal, oxygen level, proportions, bag weight, raw materials check, and finished goods check. Check equipment to verify accuracy. Maintain reports and system log entries. Complete food safety checks to meet all critical control points. Place and remove “Hold” statuses as required for raw, in-process, and finished goods.
Previous experience in a food processing facility is required.
Must be able to maintain regular and acceptable attendance, follow directions, interact well with co-workers
Must be flexible with the ability to work any shift as work load demands.
