Manager Environmental, Health, and Safety

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local legislation and codes governing environmental, health and safety. Responsible for the implementation of all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Interface with regulatory agencies to including CHP, EPA, OSHA, and DOT. Conduct safety and environmental audits of all operating facilities within DFV including PHA, PSM and OSHA programs. Implement initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents as well as annual review and implement the Company’s Target Zero Safety System. Implement accident investigation, data analysis, recurrence prevention programs and procedures, and ensure corrective actions are followed through. Respond and provide direction in all emergency situations. Ensure all recordkeeping is timely and conforms to company mandates. Responsible for incorporating and following all Food Safety Requirements and GMPs as applicable to position.
