HR Intern

The HR intern will research and recommend standardized employee programs for Dole Fresh Vegetables (DFV) in areas of recognition, activities and training to adopt and implement. The intern will work closely with HR departments to gain an understanding and document current employee programs from all DFV locations. Compose and collect employee surveys to better understand what type of recognition, training and activities are valued and wanted by employees. Organize and analyze data. Research various types of programs and vendors. Document and understand benefits of proposed programs. Develop and present a business recommendation of employee proposed employee programs for DFV to adopt and implement.
