Buyer - Replenishment

Interpret inventory data and transform it into usable data for on-time replenishment to the plants for all film materials. Work with a rolling 14-day plant schedule and by category with establish lead times and manage days on hand strategy. Work within current and former MRP tools to explode that need out to keep the right days on hand for plant manufacturing. Review all reports to identify any process not properly executed (i.e. Open PO, Credit Memo, Invoice Discrepancy, ASN’s shipped after hours et. al.) and collaborate with warehousing to find root cause with solutions. Review of and resolution of any prior day Accounts Payable Invoicing and Discrepancies. Monitor Replenishment Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and contribute to Supplier reviews; take proactive steps to ensure goals are met.Track fill rate targets established at the Procurement level. Make sure suppliers comply with all the order to delivery requirements and supplier rejection policy.
