- Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive protection of intellectual property.
- Lead and manage a team of intellectual property professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in intellectual property protection and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with intellectual property protection policies and procedures.
- Advise senior management on intellectual property-related risks and opportunities.
- Represent Dolby Laboratories in legal proceedings related to intellectual property, including litigation and disputes.
