- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dolby Laboratories, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote Dolby Laboratories as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.
- Represent Dolby Laboratories in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Recruiting, Preferably In A Contract Or Agency Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Technical Roles And Experience Recruiting For Positions Such As Software Engineers, Data Scientists, And Technical Project Managers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruiting Tools, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Technologies And Processes.
