  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies for software products.
  2. Design and implement automated and manual tests to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
  3. Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve software issues.
  4. Conduct thorough and rigorous testing of new features and updates to existing software.
  5. Analyze and report test results to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the quality assurance team.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to understand user requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality code.
  11. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to identify the root cause and provide solutions.
  12. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure software can handle high volumes of data and users.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any issues that arise.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the overall quality and usability of software products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Testing, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Technology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Testing Methodologies, And Tools.

  • Experience With Test Automation, Including Developing And Maintaining Automated Test Suites.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Debugging Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Systems And Identify Root Causes Of Defects.
