
Recruiting Coordinator - Fixed Term contract

- Identify and attract top talent through various recruiting strategies.
- Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including coordinating travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data and records in the applicant tracking system.
- Screen and pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of each role and provide support in creating job descriptions.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of job offers.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather feedback.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to represent the company and promote job opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
- Support other recruiting and HR initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In A Technology Or Entertainment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Recruiting Processes And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Evaluation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Colleagues.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
