  4. Monitor media coverage and compile reports for internal and external use.
  5. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events and media engagements.
  6. Assist in maintaining media contacts and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility.
  8. Support the creation of PR materials such as fact sheets, bios, and backgrounders.
  9. Assist in coordinating interviews and media appearances for company executives.
  10. Provide administrative support for the PR department, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  11. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for PR initiatives.
  12. Help manage and update media databases and distribution lists.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PR efforts align with overall company goals.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow in the field of public relations.
