1. Conduct internal audit procedures and assist in the preparation of audit reports.
2. Review and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
3. Assist in evaluating and testing internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Participate in meetings and discussions with various departments to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
6. Document audit findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
7. Assist in maintaining and updating the internal audit workpapers and documentation.
8. Follow up on previously identified issues and track remediation progress.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
11. Complete assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines.
12. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
13. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the internal audit team.
