Industry Relations Manager
You will partner with creatives and label A&R teams, to excite and entice creation and distribution in Dolby technologies. The individual must be a self-starter, motivated by working in a fast-paced environment, resourceful, solution-oriented, and bring a strong sense of passion and creativity. Develop relationships with creative community, music label partners, and trade organizations. Demonstrate and build excitement for Dolby technologies across the creative community. Implement the latest trends, newest content types, and emerging technologies into creative direction to maintain the interest and engagement of creatives and label partners.
5+ years industry experience
Understanding of music creative process of from composition to production
Build on and leverage strong network of music creation experts, including mix engineers, producers, and music label A&R
Proven experience in hip-hop, rap, and R&B
