Job Description

At Dolby Laboratories, we are looking for an experienced Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging to join our team and lead our efforts to create an inclusive, equitable, and safe workplace. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion practices, policies, and initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving meaningful change in an organization and a deep understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role requires an individual who is passionate about creating an equitable and inclusive environment, understands the importance of fostering belonging, and is driven to continuously improve our culture. The successful candidate will bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to this role, and be a great collaborator and communicator, as well as a strategic thinker. The ideal individual will be a true champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion and serve as a role model for promoting these values. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field• 8+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Organizational Development, or Human Resources• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, practices and initiatives• Proven ability to build authentic relationships with leaders and employees• Proven experience in facilitating training and workshops• Deep understanding of the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the field• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
