Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion practices, policies, and initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving meaningful change in an organization and a deep understanding of the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field• 8+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Organizational Development, or Human Resources• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, practices and initiatives• Proven ability to build authentic relationships with leaders and employees• Proven experience in facilitating training and workshops• Deep understanding of the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the field• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
