Job Description

  1. Collaborate with the digital platforms team to brainstorm and develop new features and enhancements for our digital products.
  2. Conduct research on industry trends and technologies to inform and improve our digital platforms.
  3. Assist in the testing and debugging of new features and updates to ensure a seamless user experience.
  4. Help create and maintain documentation for our digital platforms, including user guides and technical specifications.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to promote our products.
  6. Provide support to the digital platforms team by troubleshooting any technical issues and offering solutions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to ensure the successful launch and maintenance of our digital platforms.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to help guide the evolution of our digital platforms.
  10. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of our digital platforms.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Media Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Digital Media Platforms Such As Streaming Services, Social Media, And Content Management Systems.

  • Familiarity With Data Analytics: The Digital Platforms Intern Should Have Experience In Analyzing Data And Using Analytics Tools To Track And Measure The Performance Of Digital Platforms.

  • Proficient In Content Creation: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Creative Skills And Be Able To Create Engaging And High-Quality Content For Digital Platforms.
