  1. Provide legal counsel and support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to, sales, marketing, human resources, and finance.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the company's operations.
  3. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  4. Advise on and assist with negotiating business deals and partnerships.
  5. Develop and implement company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risk.
  6. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and advise accordingly.
  7. Provide guidance and support on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
  8. Collaborate with external counsel when necessary, managing outside legal services and costs.
  9. Educate and train employees on legal matters and best practices.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a legal advisor.
  11. Assist with legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  12. Maintain and manage legal documents and records.
  13. Represent the company in legal proceedings as needed.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's business and industry to provide effective and strategic legal advice.
  15. Uphold the company's values and commitment to innovation and excellence in all legal matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Corporate Counsel In A Technology Or Entertainment Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Intellectual Property Law, Contract Negotiation, And Corporate Governance.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Communicate With Senior Executives And Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Its Legal Landscape, Including Emerging Trends And Regulations.
