Job Description

Dolby Laboratories is seeking an experienced AI Governance & Security Architect to join our team and help ensure that our cutting-edge technologies are developed and implemented responsibly and securely. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the ethical and security standards of our AI initiatives and contribute to the innovative products and services that Dolby is known for.   1. Develop and implement ethical and security standards for AI initiatives within Dolby Laboratories.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry best practices and regulations related to AI governance and security.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ethical and security considerations are integrated into all aspects of AI development and implementation.
  4. Consult with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  5. Evaluate and assess the ethical and security implications of new and existing AI technologies, and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in AI governance and security, and make recommendations for how Dolby can stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on ethical and secure AI practices.
  8. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally, to advocate for ethical and secure AI practices.
  9. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to AI governance and security.
  10. Monitor and track compliance with ethical and security standards, and make adjustments as needed.
  11. Participate in industry conferences and events to share knowledge and experiences in AI governance and security.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members in understanding and implementing ethical and secure AI practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Expertise In Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Governance: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Ai Governance Principles, Regulations, And Frameworks, Such As Gdpr, Ccpa, And Ethical Ai Guidelines. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Ai Governance Policies And Procedures.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ai Security: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Ai Security Best Practices And Techniques, Including Data Privacy And Encryption Methods, To Ensure The Protection Of Sensitive Data And Prevent Potential Ai-Related Security Breaches.

  • Experience With Ai Implementation: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing Ai Projects And Solutions, Including Data Management And Analytics, To Ensure That The Developed Ai Systems Comply With Governance And Security Requirements.

  • Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Technical Skills In Ai, Machine Learning, And Natural Language Processing (Nlp). They Should Also Have Experience With Programming Languages, Such As Python And R, And Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Tools.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be An Excellent Communicator And Collaborator, As The Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Data Scientists, Engineers, And Legal Teams, To Develop And Implement Ai Governance And Security Strategies. They Should Also Have The Ability To Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
