Wireless Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage the full candidate experience from first contact to candidates first day. Facilitate the flow of candidates within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS). Actively source candidates from various sources to help build the best candidate pool. Be a subject matter expert on the full hiring process for hiring managers. Educate on best practices throughout the whole process. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates. Review resumes for specific skill sets and determine if required qualifications are met. Interview candidates to identify top talent to build the best team. Take an active role in each candidate's on-site experience including facilitating questionnaires and serving as the main point of contact for all candidate needs. Maintain a working knowledge of DISH Network HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting.
