Job Description

This role will be working within both exfo equipment and cisco routers to test both ethernet and Wave circuits delivered by our fiber provider partners . The team will be testing transport for both the Dish network as well as cell sites in each market. Test circuits end to end remotely through exfo testing equipment. Record all passing tests and complete associated tasks. Open trouble tickets with the fiber providers for failing test and work to resolution. Participate with network engineers and fiber providers on troubleshooting calls when needed. Identify lease input metric stats/accuracy.

  • Understanding and knowledge of Cisco Commands

  • Proactively recognize and define opportunities/problems, determine solutions to address them, and independently oversees solutions

  • 3 years of related experience
