Telecom Numbering Specialist

The Traffic Engineering Department is responsible for establishing and scaling connectivity, defining guidelines for network growth, and number procurement activities per industry policies for DISH’s next-gen 5G wireless network. The Numbering Specialist will be responsible for various activities such as creation of CLLI codes, number order submission, regulatory reporting, tracking number utilization to ensure adequate inventory, managing and updating process documentation, and remaining up to date on numbering industry initiatives. Submit requests for new numbering resources. Coordinate input of numbering data into industry databases and associated reporting. Manage and maintain the inventory of active telephone numbers in the number inventory system. Maintain compliance with FCC Numbering Regulations. Manage escalations and expedite with vendors to ensure timely service delivery. Address issues and questions from implementation and operations groups. Prepare and present analytical reports.
