Talent Acquisition Leader

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at DISH Network. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation and management of our talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. You will be a key partner to the business and our leadership, helping to identify and develop high-performing talent to meet our business objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have a track record of success in leading and developing talent acquisition teams, developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract top talent, and executing talent acquisition plans. You must have excellent communication, problem solving and relationship building skills, as well as experience in using data to measure the success of talent acquisition programs. Additionally, you must have a passion for developing and driving strategies that will enable us to continue to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be able to think strategically and execute on tactical objectives, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
