Senior Technician - Customer Networks

Are you an experienced Senior Technician who loves helping customers with their network issues? We are looking for a driven and talented individual to join our team at DISH Network and help us provide our customers with the best customer service experience. As the Senior Technician - Customer Networks, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer network issues, as well as maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our customers’ networks. You will be expected to provide solutions to customer-facing problems and elevate customer service experiences.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer support, network engineering, and/or network operations. You should have a comprehensive understanding of network protocols, network security, and network topologies, as well as excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
